St. Xavier’s High School has organised a week-long Yoga program for students in grades KG through X.

8th June 2022, Tuesday- St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 81, has organised a week-long Yoga program for students in grades KG to X, comprised of various incredible sessions forging the path to create Yogveers, to promote the health benefits of Yoga and encourage a holistic approach to health.
The bright morning of day one began with great vigor and enthusiasm. The session began with basic stretching and exercises, then moved on to Om Chanting and Yoga asanas such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Kati-Chakrasana, Trikonasana, Vajrasana, and meditation. Following the session, students felt revitalised and relaxed. We are overjoyed to share the first glimpses of Day 1.
