Beginning Wednesday, December 1, the Delhi government will open registration for nurse admission. For the academic year 2023–2024, private schools will start accepting students for nursery enrollment. Candidates can submit their applications through December 25 by paying a registration fee of Rs.25.
Preschool, pre-primary, and class 1 admissions will begin on December 1 for open seats in private, independent, recognised schools in Delhi for the academic year 2023–2024, according to the DoE. As of March 31, 2023, the student must be at least four years old for nursery entrance, five years old for KG (pre-primary), and six years old for Class 1.

On March 17, the Delhi government will end the nursery admissions process for the school year 2023–2024. Every private school has at least 25% of its seats set aside for students from the economically disadvantaged group (DG) and economically weaker section (EWS).
