Inter-School Event- LIT-FUN 2022-23 was organised at The Modern School on 31st Jan, 2023

NEW DELHI: An Inter-School Event- LIT-FUN 2022-23 was organised at The Modern School , Gzb in which 13 prestigious schools participated . The Four Events were – Character Portrayal for classes 1 and 2 , Enactment of an idiom for classes 3 and 4 , The English Literature and Language Quiz for classes 5 and 6 and Debate for classes 7 and 8 . The event aimed at igniting a creative spark in young minds by providing them a platform to hone their skills.

The Judge for the Character Portrayal was Ms Alka Patankar- a versatile and passionate educationist , for the Enactment of an Idiom , Ms Neena Maini- An Education Management Professional and for Debate , Ms Sapna Bhatia , Counsellor and Educationist.

All the participants were students with equal caliber and potential but in the end, some stood out shining brighter than the others.

The Principal, Mrs. Manju Mehra’s address was inspiring .

‘We in our serious endeavour have tried to amalgamate literature with a fun element . Each of the four activities were platforms designed to invigorate , excite and enrich . The Litfest in offline physical mode has given a new dimension to the performances both for the participants and the viewers

The subtlety and nuance of character portrayal, idiom enactment, quiz and debate was effectively conveyed with body language and live voice modulation ! ‘

The event showcased a fierce competition amongst the participating schools in a very cordial atmosphere and was a resounding success.

The students left everyone awestruck as they presented their talent so immaculately and effortlessly.

Ms. Sony conducted the proceedings & announced the results . The Event was efficiently coordinated by Ms Deepti , Ms Sony , Ms Swati & Ms Navjot .
