Teachers’ Day 2022: Extraordinary Contribution By Teachers For Students' Uninterrupted Education During COVID

Teachers all around India tackled every difficulty posed by the introduction of online education while the nation was still reeling from Covid in order to continue the teaching-learning process. Effective measures were taken to ensure that students may continue their studies throughout the pandemic. Using loud speakers, projectors, and puppet performances to storify teaching, some professors travelled by camel to the homes of children in remote desert regions or who had little access to mobile networks.

On September 5, 2022, is recognised as Teachers’ Day. Every year on September 5, India observes Teachers’ Day to honour and recognise the contributions made by educators in India, including teachers, researchers, and professors. The day before Teachers’ Day is Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday. Dr. Radhakrishnan, who was born on September 5, 1888, served as India’s first vice president and second president. Dr. Radhakrishnan has made a name for himself as a philosopher, teacher, and scholar. In India, September 5 is observed as Teachers’ Day since 1962 in recognition of Dr. Radhakrishnan’s outstanding attitude to education and students.

It is impossible to discount the impact that all instructors have on society, but on this Teachers’ Day, let’s take a closer look at a few educators and the instructional strategies they employed to ensure that kids continued to learn throughout the nation’s testing periods.
